Mike Beary founded Greenleaf Financial Network in July 2016. Mike brings 15 years of dedicated service helping advisors grow their small businesses. Upon graduation from The University of Kansas in 2003, Mike joined VSR Financial Services where he served in many capacities. Mike began his career working in the advisory division of the broker/dealer supporting both the third party money managers as well as the advisor driven MAP program. In 2005, Mike moved up to the marketing department where he began supporting advisors on their business growth initiatives. For the next 10 years he partnered with advisors to help educate them on available marketing resources and how to position the alternative investment products. Mike also developed some of the research and benchmarking tools to help lead advisors to better products. In October of 2015 Mike changed roles as he was promoted to Senior Vice President of Business Development. Working directly with the business owners he helped develop business plans to maximize each practice, and implemented new tools and strategies to ensure an efficiently operated and profitable business. December 2015 Mike completed his Certified Wealth Strategist from Cannon Financial Institute. He holds the FINRA Series 7, 24, and 66 licenses. Mike spends most of his time away from the office with his wife Christine and daughters Ainsley and Julia. When Mike does have free time for himself he enjoys trying to navigate the golf course or following the local sports teams. Mike has spent his entire career in the financial services industry and enjoys the ability to really help advisors run their businesses and building long lasting friendships.
